· Individual coaching will help you to visualise, define and prioritise the areas you wish to address. These can be longer term issues such as preparing for a broader area of responsibility or short-term such as finding a resolution to a conflict with a peer. ​

By breaking down longer term, complex objectives will into smaller, actionable items you will be able to progress in a systematic fashion. At the same time, you can always insert short-term, unplanned items and work on and resolve those.
Approach:
We will work together on your long-term objectives, defining and prioritising these and then defining the specific areas you wish to work on. Each time we meet we will then agree on a clearly defined objective for that session, always referencing back to the overall goals. Routinely we will review progress and validate or modify the original objectives.
